The colour is beautiful and has decent pay off, may need to be built up in layers. However I was disappointed to see that the brush tip wasn’t like the other Barry M hi-vis eyeliners, but is in fact like a paint brush with bristles. From the first use the bristles were a bit frayed, it’s really difficult to get a precise line as it spreads out wide, and it gets smushed and frayed more when you push it back into the pot!

When my old coloured eyeliner was disconnected I searched high and low for a new one. That search came to an end when I found this beauty. It is smooth, does not irritate and the colour is just vibrant enough to look fantastic without being gaudy.

Beautiful rich blue which can be layered and pairs perfectly with brown or blue eyes.very long lasting and waterproof. Worn it swimming and all night long at parties. Removes easily with jojoba oil on a cotton pad.

I have the green eyeliner which is superb so I really wanted to add this to my collection. These are the easiest liquid liners to apply that I've ever used. It applies easily and smoothly and so easy to do flicks of any size and shape. Colour is excellent!
