Shake before use. Using the fine brush tip, create a delicate winged liner or work into thicker lines for a graphic eye look.

Exactly as Advertised

Super vibrant colour. Stays in place for hours of wear and stains the skin well even when wiping off with cleansing wipes (which is only a pain if you mess up and need to reapply). Easy to use and quite small so convenient for small makeup kits.
