disappointing

the other colours are great but the orange (Fire Up) is really disappointing. The formula separates into a watery brown and peach, no matter how much you shake it. Colour is nearer to a peach concealer than neon orange.

I contacted customer support for a refund, they said this has never happened before and to send it back- I asked them how to return the item and they never replied. Disappointing first interaction with customer support.
