Beautiful rich blue which can be layered and pairs perfectly with brown or blue eyes.very long lasting and waterproof. Worn it swimming and all night long at parties. Removes easily with jojoba oil on a cotton pad.

I have the green eyeliner which is superb so I really wanted to add this to my collection. These are the easiest liquid liners to apply that I've ever used. It applies easily and smoothly and so easy to do flicks of any size and shape. Colour is excellent!

Been searching for a liquid blue metallic eyeliner and absolutely love this brand’s euphoric liner in ecstatic! It stays on, isn’t too runny, and the brush is perfect! Hope they don’t discontinue it!
