Plumpy Topcoat gives Gelly Hi Shine nails the plumped up gel finish they deserve. Its plumping properties protect the underlying Nail Paint from wear and chipping while providing a voluminous, convex, clear coat that provides a gorgeously smooth shine.

It’s the best nail polish in the game and I am a nail polish addict. Formulation is lovely and creamy and the brush shape ensures a good clean application every time. Nice shiny top coat.
