World Wildlife Day

The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) is a highly effective wildlife conservation charity who seek to save endangered animals around the world. The foundation works to fight wildlife crime, protect endangered species and engage local communities with the aim to encourage self-protection of native wildlife across Asia and Africa.

Through amazing dedication and hard work, DSWF has influenced policy, shifted attitudes and provided a voice for wildlife conservation for the last 35 years.

The foundation began when the late David Shepherd CBE FRSA (1931-2017) set up the charity in aim to give back to the animals that helped him achieve such success in his career as an artist. As a brand which prides itself as being the ‘home of colour’ and often uses nature as inspiration for new products, Barry M wanted to give back, just as David Shepherd did.

Barry M has been cruelty free since its launch in 1982. As a 97% vegan brand with the aim to be fully vegan very soon, we've always put our fluffy friends first. Our WILDLIFE®  collection includes four limited edition eyeshadow palettes, six nail paints and three lip balms. At least 20% of net profits from all of these products are donated to David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation to help support and fund the charity with its vital conservation work. With extreme global wildlife extinction rates on the rise, we are committed to doing more to save our wildlife.
